Bri Liberman
Master's Level Intern
Bri Liberman is currently a Master’s Level Intern completing her graduate Degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. She holds a bachelor’s degree from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin. Bri brings years of transferable skills and knowledge from her corporate experience, life experience, and formal education in preparation to counsel adults, pre-adolescents, adolescents, couples, families, and groups. She is trained in Neuroptimal® neurofeedback and relational tools such as Safe Conversations®. In addition, Bri is a facilitator for Prepare & Enrich® to support pre-engagement, pre marriage, and seasoned couples.
Bri believes in viewing everyone within the context of the systems with which they exist and understanding both the internal and external experience of her clients. Throughout life, different parts of one’s personality may be stronger depending on the circumstances which they are navigating. Together, you will explore your own experience by listening to these parts and connecting with your body and physical presence. In this work together, you will re-connect to the innate wisdom within you by identifying barriers that may currently be blocking access. Bri assists you in identifying, and befriending, these barriers and shares knowledge gained through education and experience.
Bri’s areas of interests include relational conflict (friends, family, partners, or colleagues), life transitions or major life decisions, complex trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and intrapersonal friction (e.g., self-image, purpose, meaning). Bri works alongside you to explore your internal world and connect to your authentic self so you can lead your life with clarity, courage, confidence, and calmness. She cultivates a safe, warm environment for her clients and serves them with acceptance, compassion, and curiosity.
